POSITION SUMMARY:

The Scheduling Specialist plays a key role in bringing our mission to life by shining a light on our 
scheduling opportunities to improve our clinical outcomes and enhance our business performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Duties/Responsibilities:

Creates the future schedule for multiple business units, using PowerBI and Excel to increase 
our client prescription fulfillment, behavior technician availability utilization, and future 
scheduled hours.

• Provides recommendations for client and technician pipeline with insights from future 
  scheduling.
• Attends weekly meetings with Clinical Directors to go over scheduling needs and 
  recommendations.
• Communicates with client families and employees for long-term scheduling needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Required Skills/Abilities:

• Strong analytical, multi- tasking and scheduling skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time management skills.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills, be detail-oriented, prepare reports and reliably develop 
  timely correspondence related to work according to company standards.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with high pressured decision making
• Able to work independently and with a team.
• Ability to adapt well to change
• Ability to maintain a flexible schedule and to work irregular hours when necessary to include some 
  weekends
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  Education:
• Must possess a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• A bachelor's degree in a business-related field is preferred.

Experience/Knowledge:

• Solid understanding of web metrics and digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze and 
  interpret data.
• Minimum of intermediate level proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook) required.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

• Work is generally sedentary in nature.
• Ability to operate keyboard-driven equipment.
