The Operations Analyst plays a crucial role in collecting, structuring, analyzing, and reporting on Operation’s processes and data. The Operations Analyst will gather data across centers and analyze center efficiency related to scheduling, leveraging fixed costs, and providing the appropriate hours of care to clients. The analyst is expected interpret data to assess potential risks and opportunities on a look forward basis and communicate resource requirements for Cross-Functional Planning. This role will transform data into insights that drive business value by mining complex data using business intelligence principles and software, comparing data to competitors and industry trends and creating visualizations that communicate findings to others in the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and analyze data across functions to generate meaningful business insights.
  • Build tools to bring insights to leaders to drive data-driven actions.
  • Recognize and suggest short-term and long-term goals, milestones, and benchmarks for key performance metrics; prepare reports and present findings to senior leadership.
  • Develop standard and ad hoc reports, templates, dashboards, scorecards, and metrics.
  • Research, analyze, and present data as assigned; troubleshoot data and reports.
  • Assist in various Operations projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and protection guidelines.


QUALIFICATIONS:
Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Power BI or Tableau experience preferred
  • Proven ability to work with systems to collect, analyze and utilize data.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills as well as an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously to successful completion.

 

Education:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related degree from a regionally accredited college or university.
  • MBA or master’s degree in a related technical field preferred.

Experience/Knowledge:

  • 2+ years of experience working in organizational development, analytics/data science, Finance or operations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven strategic and agile thinker with commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Prefer experience with developing and delivering professional presentations of data to key stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently, with proven ability to form strong partnerships with key stakeholders (international contacts, internal peers and clients).
  • Experience in partnering with third party business partners to assess and meet business needs
