POSITION SUMMARY:
The Scheduling Specialist plays a key role in bringing our mission to life by shining a light on our
scheduling opportunities to improve our clinical outcomes and enhance our business performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Duties/Responsibilities:
Creates the future schedule for multiple business units, using PowerBI and Excel to increase
our client prescription fulfillment, behavior technician availability utilization, and future
scheduled hours.
- Provides recommendations for client and technician pipeline with insights from future
scheduling. - Attends weekly meetings with Clinical Directors to go over scheduling needs and
recommendations. - Communicates with client families and employees for long-term scheduling needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong analytical, multi- tasking and scheduling skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong time management skills.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills, be detail-oriented, prepare reports and reliably develop
timely correspondence related to work according to company standards. - Experience working in a fast-paced environment with high pressured decision making
- Able to work independently and with a team.
- Ability to adapt well to change
- Ability to maintain a flexible schedule and to work irregular hours when necessary to include some
weekends - Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Education: - Must possess a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
- A bachelor's degree in a business-related field is preferred.
Experience/Knowledge:
- Solid understanding of web metrics and digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze and
interpret data. - Minimum of intermediate level proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook) required.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
- Work is generally sedentary in nature.
- Ability to operate keyboard-driven equipment.
