Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) serve on client cases, providing therapy and supervision to clients as directed. They oversee client treatment plans from assessment through care delivery and direct their Behavior Technicians and Program Coordinators on how to best deliver treatment plans. They are closely involved with clients and their families, providing additional support and family training as needed and as directed by their Clinical Directors.

While we are always looking for talent for our programs, we currently have immediate opportunities in our East Orlando Clinic.


Responsibilities

  • Oversees client treatment from assessment through care delivery
  • Conducts initial and follow-up functional, behavioral and developmental assessments
  • Develops, oversee and implement client’s BIPs and Treatment Plans
  • Serves as the clinical lead on client cases, providing supervision to Behavior Technicians
  • Monitors and review client programs to analyze data, measure progress and make necessary changes to the treatment plan
  • Observes program implementation, and provide training on interventions as needed
  • Works closely with clients and their families providing family training and support
  • Meets with primary caregivers to discuss observations and concerns
  • Collaborates with colleagues, parents, and schools to share information and implement best practice intervention programs across settings opportunities to promote awareness and disseminate information regarding ASD and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) through training and presentations, both on- and off-site
  • Attends and participate in team meetings where ideas, success stories, and recent research topics are presented for discussion and use in treatment

Professional Responsibilities

  • Maintain Continuing Education for BCBA requirement
  • Conduct and attend professional training and presentation
