Training focuses on competencies, data, vision, connection, and heart

The Grove is the ABA therapy field’s most comprehensive leadership initiative. Participants are updated on the newest data and research findings, best practices, and the best new practices. Acorn Health executives are personally involved as faculty, including the head of our Clinical Advisory Board, the Chief Financial Officer, our Chief Clinical Officer, and our CEO. Group discussions and mentors are central.

We start with as-is evaluations of all participants and measure individual progress over time. We teach in open, sincere collaboration, addressing mind-sets that may get in the way of leadership.
